You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition and portability, as well as withdrawing your consent, by writing to info@xenqoras.com. We will respond within the legal deadline. You may also file a claim before the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration or loss, including in-transit encryption, access control and periodic audits.

10. Minors

The site is intended for people over 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you detect such a submission, please write to us and we will proceed to delete it.
